My desktop could really benefit from wired and the office has another desktop, a laptop dock, the wifi AP, and the Hue bridge, so I'd put a PoE switch in.

But the only way to do that here is with the one hole in the wall (and siding) that goes outside for the coax.

Hm.. Good idea.. My cable model is in the basement in a bad spot.. but I have coax in every room.. I'll just stick it upstairs.

right now they aren't hooked up since I have no cable service..

but I can hook one up to relocate that thing

or buy an AP. The wifi got so much better when I went to a dedicated AP.

We don't have a defined waiting state waiting period or anything they're just super slow and you have to drive back and forth accross town a bunch

I'm getting another Ruger Blackhawk, the .357 mag

I would pick up a revolver but I haven't shot my guns in over a year.

I think just a shotgun is all I need. No more handguns or semi-auto rifles.

black bears are basically big squirrels. they are more agile than they look and are terrified of everything

They've just kicked me out abruptly in the middle of the day lol

This is so strange, because I've completed a project and it's about to be released but they told me I didn't use relay modern

but used relay classic... my manager has no idea because it's technically relay compat

which means if they give me time, we can easily upgrade it to relay modern

I think that's what they told me (my manager, to be specific). But we had a discussion about this in the early stage of the project that it was difficult to find relay modern references because it's so new, so we might end up using classic but upgrade it later gradually

Everything happened so suddenly at 4:30 pm so didn't even have a chance to ask if there is any other reasons for termination

That's a pretty shitty reason to fire someone
