well json has a very generic format, that's why its easy to use
its just a collection of collections
so having a GUI paradigm to match that would be good
you know how you could setup a repeating template for products via a GUI? I want to make it generic enough to fit most scenarios, that's about the summary of it

ok, basically designed and built ajax mini engine that, allows multiple sites to pass data in json and get back json, which then is styled up client end. How would I begin to make this kind of design without javascript?
basically the idea, is a developer can simply put whatever form element on his site (eg cms etc) and thing simply add a html/script template (for the styling), and the ajax script does the rest.

basically the server end has no idea of the template, it doesn't care, it simply gets the json data (mostly form data), get the related data and sends it back. It up to the developer to use supply a template that the script used to style it up. How with this be done using a traditional method? Basically for all those non-javascript users
same origin policy issue fixed via the usual methods (JSONP)
so far the only thing I've come up with is, using an iframe (ugly) and then sending the template data from the client to server end (i.e. moving the client side functionality to the server side.... But this seems ugly. Not only is the form data being pushed to the server but the template as well?
