Ok, that was a good read. However, it doesn't really have a scaled answer. For a browser, sure, starting from scratch is a nightmare waiting to happen. But what if the project is a fraction of the size.. maybe a 1-2 thousand line website. Wouldn't it be worth it to spend the time, plan a solid foundation that won't need fixing?

(assuming you have the manpower of course)

From the server I get a datetime variable in this format: 6/29/2011 4:52:48 PM and it is in UTC time. I want to convert it to the current user's browser time using JavaScript. How this can be done using JavaScript or jQuery?
