@BoteaFlorin node.js is like a much faster PHP in JavaScript that works really well for I/O heavy realtime apps (websockets etc). It's similar to Aerys in PHP if you're familiar with it.

@JimWright basically, Bluebird was faster and better for debugging than native promises for 4 years - during that time native promises got a lot better and they're almost as fast now. The debugging experience also got a lot better - I find it hard to justify including it (and certainly Q) for it.

bluebird is great, but working without it is doable with little extra effort.

Also, store is updated but only for certain property but that statement I think is trying to be as generic as possible.
