Yeah. Anyway, I would advise, at the minimum, use Object.create(null) instead of object literal as the base. Map is water proof, and Proxy can make it works like a plain object.

If your "cloned-row" is not a class but is instead id or data attributes, the closest selector can be shorted.

Strictly speaking, putting <input> in parent_div doesn't look right, too.

With Rock Band 4, I did buy a lot of extra songs, but you get to keep the songs and play them over and over. With GH Live, you buy tokens to play songs, and you have to pay again if you want to play that song again; you can't just buy a song.
