I have two monitors. One of them started to have issues when powered up, it takes about five minutes to power on.

I know exactly what the issue is with the monitor, there is a capacitor which I'll have to swap out but the point is, the power LED flickers. Now every time the power LED flickers the system freeze for a brief moment.

Once the second monitor managed to power up, the system freezes are gone. :D

Well it might not be a bug with the software but it still is very interesting.
