Ok, I've whittled the [ibm][rational] list down to 13 questions for closure.

I have thrown in a few votes, but we need more..., maybe update your meta with progress and link to those?

And done. If you delete all the closed with both [ibm] and [rational], it should be safe to rename

Also, since this seems clear-cut, need to synonym rtc to rational-team-concert (both refer to the exact same thing)

Hmm, regarding that question, it is still off-topic and has very low views. I'm not quite sure if it's harsh ... If there were more views, then we could've left it closed but not deleted.

Gotcha. If that's the case, then if we can edit the post to make it less off-topic looking, we can potentially undelete it.

I'd rather not see an useful answer gone, just because the question is bad.

Also, I disagree with Will's deletion there. Could've converted that to a comment, atleast. (Perhaps, that tool wasn't present then?)

@BhargavRao Don't worry about it, I agree with the deletion too. The "harsh" part is the -25 rep: I work hard every day for those points :)

Just FYI, we'll need a Meta thread at some point on the giant mess that is IBM Rational tags. They're all over the place and quite a mess

@Machavity I agree on the [ibm] tag mess. And I know about the 2+ score rule.

Funny thing is I didn't even notice there was a synonym request on [rtc]. Way too many Qs had it overlapping

@VonC Do any of these questions look salvageable?

Also @mach, I'm planning to do the rename later tonight as I want to document about tag renames in the mod help pages. So, would be using that for screen shots.
