You probably forgot to open ports tho, look port forwarding guides, on lan or local network you don't need to open ports

Ask google for details on localhost, lan and wan

If timeout is from where you are connecting to the listening server it means 1, wrong ip 2, wrong port 3, server is not listening aka not started properly

Imran khan was a cricket player (cap of team), young gen likes him while old gen sticks to the old politics and hates khan despite current rules being corrupt to the core

Like the family ruling rn had their breakfast lunch and dinner delivered to them by govt helicopters, they think they are above civilians somehow and people were okay with everything

Now people started questioning their wealth and everything because of imran khan so the ruling elite hate him including allegedly seniors in armed forces

They did nothing for the country, we were on autopilot the whole time, a donkey could do better

For example if we need a new airport they will take loans, take half the money themselves and give contracts to their pets, airport is done bravo claps progress

Pak telecom regulatory auth banned pubg twice coz they heard on whatsapp that its making kids kill parents somehow

And I bet if you rotate the windows screen of any of the seniors in pta or other govt it departments no one will be able to fix it themself, thats how qualified they are
