@AdamMc331 I've had back problems with chairs which weren't great for sitting on all day, the best money you can spend is on a world class chair to sit on all day. I have heard a standing desk is great too but haven't used one so not sure about them 🤔

Think i'm going to be discussing back to work with insurance people around July 16th

but I start physio in ~2 weeks, and should be back to work mostly within ~4 weeks w/o too much pain... totally back to normal around 3-5 month point apparently, and will be abel to start drumming etc again
