@Tim Actually I've been waiting for this to happen. Although I figured it was the reason Google built Stadia. It potentially makes a lot of sense, because you're basically just streaming video. Imagine how cheap a phone/laptop could be if all it needed was the ability to stream video.

Although yeah, I imagine you'd still need a pretty decent connection for it to really be practical.

I could see it being basically the norm a decode from now though.

Assuming I actually understood what that service is doing...

netflix has so many shows that are like alright but not that great, still watchable. Issue is that with one season a year you forget half of the shows you were watching, because they are not really memorable, and new flashy shows are more interesting

and because all of these streaming services are going up, all the non-netflix shows are being pulled down

so you're just left with netflix originals that are IMO very hit or miss

@ballBreaker Actually that's part of what I think they do well. It wont match their lips, but they clearly adapt the script to making it fit for how long the character is talking.
