My problem was fixed by a system reset.

Now I am requesting permission one by one, first foreground permission and then background location permission.

also if you're using a foreground service you don't need background permission

@Graeme I'm not on my mac but I want to say Navigation is an object not a class. Otherwise, extension functions are useless if the function doesn't refer to 'this', that's what the warning is about, so if you remove the Navigation. it might work
