I can't work in the office, I can't work in a study room, I can't work in a Starbucks, it's too cold to work on my balcony. It sounds like someone is taking a hacksaw to the wall directly beside my head and it starts exactly at 9:00Am and continues for hours. The sound goes through earplugs and my clients can barely hear me in meetings over the sound.
