do you know the brand of those coolers?

there is usually a software where you can turn them off

and if not, there is probably rgb header on the motherboard

They appear to be the cheapest no name fans

I checked for all that already

The fans only have two power leads, no data connection at all

LEDs seem to just run off the fan power independently

Hey I have created a website to get the sizes of android libraries, on same grounds of bundlephobia. I am planning to build an index of android libraries. If the library doesn't exist in the db yet its going to be slow, once included it will be faster. Check out the site @ droidanalyser.tools/#
