Activity will always be coupled with Activity Manager witch is buried deeply in the Application framework

and it cant be fixed in backwards compatible way

and since fragments are not depending on the system specific stuff, it actually can be way to go

Our plan is to just export the various metrics in the prometheus scrape formats directly - they have good libraries for Go

Then we'll let grafana graph them, same as now
