@TimCastelijns @Tim 1) I am using kotlin 1.3.10, the suppress was removed 2) the idea of semaphore is to throttle the downloads to a max of 5 simultaneously, there is something more idiomatic? 3)Currently looking for a better way 4) The loader should be theoretically live and waiting for new urls to download during the whole application, is it a bad practice? Do you recommend a better approach?
5)Do you see risks of onLoad not being called for some cases even when the download is correct due to bad implementation of concurrency?

I think it's a good strategy, this way he gets a second raise + benefits during the contract switch, it's usually a good justification and easier to obtain
