If it's just for a study abroad semester and you want the experience, then the school won't matter too much, and the experience will largely be outside school, so go for it

we have something in the app that does or does not show a popup on start depending on some variables like "how long since X, how many times Y happened". 1 user out of 220k has reported he gets this popup every time, how do you go about investigating this ?
Most likely, whatever shared pref you set either failed to write (out of space, battery died, whatever), and you entered a limbo state where the app thinks its set, but it isn't, and displays it each time or something
