Does anyone know if I can run an app feasibly in the background that auto dismisses certain notification from a specific app only?

Before I mess around to much

I want to keep track of the notifications but dismiss them using notification mananging permissions.

not sure if you can dismiss another app's notification unless they grant some kind of permission and provide your app an api to do so.

untoficitation for sure works on my phone but doesn't request a notification permission that I can find.

you can get all the notifications since 4.3

once you get that notification id, it might be doable via notificationManager.cancel(ID);

I feel that other apps should not be able to dismiss another's notification, oh wells. I was kinda wrong and stand more learned than before
