I think in order for you to create the lock screen app, you need to manage all the displays that can be found in the desktop (app icons, lock screen widgets, etc...)

well, if you have a desktop manager app, you can manage which can be seen on the lock screen as well (might require you to look into certain APIs/global broadcasts of each app)

First you should verify what is triggered in your Dialog (DialogFragment? AlertDialog?) by overwriting onResume, onPause, onStart, ... and output some Log or set a debug point. If you figured out why the dialog is closed (maybe onDestroy is called inside the dialogfragment) you can verify WHY it is closed (what is called before). If you found it, you can hook into it and verify if it requestFocus()

Smart contracts are usually not (currently) aimed for that kind of use case. That's the next phase

Right now, smart contracts can run on very hard true/false values

"If this address receives X, do Y"

Stuff like shipping updates and quality assessment etc. relies on an Oracle system, where you have "oracles" that vouch for non-binary values

"I, as a third party, neutral Oracle, do declare this shipping number is valid"
