I just took over one project like that. ended up rewriting the whole thing. But top down, not bottom up. I am no expert, but the reason behind it is that when you just delete it and start over, you don't have the advantage of learning from the old projects mistakes and are more likely to introduce similar if not identical flaws.

But of course, as with everything, there are exceptions to this rule.

Anyone having problems with hprof dump lately? The button in my DDMS window (from monitor.app) seems to do nothing at all (though it does generate some log spam indicating it might be working.) I am expecting DDMS to open the dump, or prompt me for a location to save it if it can't open it.

ok new question, i've recently learned that when doing animations my imageview is not actually "moved" it is just animated to that location. I've thus created a function that recreates the imageview in the new position it has animated it to.

HOWEVER, i cannot find a solution like that for a rotation. If i rotate the imageview i want it to stay there and in the degree rotation. How do i go about that?
