@NitinGohel @ShobhakarTiwari I have an issue. I have two viewcontrollers. VC_A and VC_B. I am showing an alertcontroller from VC_A. But some code runs in VC_A when the alert is on the screen and it navigates to VC_B. This time the alertcontroller gets dismissed. But I want it to be on the screen until the user dismisses it. How to do this?

@abhi1992 Write a custom alert view. and add it into Base/Root view controller

@byJeevan alertview or alertcontroller? I used the rootViewController.presentedViewController to show the alert. But it is getting dismissed.

alertview may work. What about alertcontroller?

@abhi1992 Not yet tried with alertcontroller, anyway I guess it is better to implement a custom Dialog view (you own subclass of UIView) and Attach it into root view controller view . So that when you switch b/w the controllers it wont get any effect.
