You are obviously doing something with the asset that you are returning from the method; and my point is that what you are doing with that asset in the other method can just be done in the completion block of the asynchronous API.

This is not something I can try and rewrite for you, because I don't know what you are doing with the asset.

But just do what you want to do with it in the completion block.

@Abizern, yes my pdf is in scroll view. ya, my webview is in UIView both of its co-ordinates are at top-left corner, and i tried to change the display of signature by the code, CGRectMake(x,568-y,image.size.width, image.size.height); where x and y are the single tapped position co-ordinates.

one more doubt @Abizern, if i tap at pdf at top-left corner its co-ordinate is eg.,(9,15) but when i try to manually add the signature say CGRectMake(50,50,image.size.width, image.size.height); the signature is added at bottom-left, so am confused with co-ordinates by this issue.

@SumitSharma The information in that is quite old. NSJSONSerialization is now part of the system frameworks, and NSURLConnection has a block based asynchronous completion handler mechanism.

And even then - if you're on iOS7 only you should be looking at moving to NSURLSession rather than NSURLConnection.

I have been working on an audio player app. it's actually a simple podcast app. I've spent a decent amount of time on it, and when I thought it's almost ready, i just noticed how buggy my player is. it contains two view controllers: master and detail. in the master, there's the list of podcast, in detail, there's the audio player and text about the podcast.

i've used AVAudioPlayer for this app, and then i noticed when i navigate back to the master vc, and then enter background mode, the remote control is not enabled

so what i did was to paste the code snippets related to the AVAudioSession to the master vc, too!

(which is probably the worst way of doing it)

no i notice that if i go back to the master vc, and enter to the detail vc, it will start another instance of the player and pressing the play button, it will start playing another instance, so i'll have "n" number of playing files at the same time

which is really disappointing

is there a quick way of having things a bit more organized and fixing these bugs?

The thing where I am struck is - whenever I got a response from the service class , i want to send the response back to that class - so that it can decript array/dictionary from the jsonObject
