seems kind of like the more i tried to avoid pain with it, the worse the pain felt.. now as I'm trying to increase the inflammation and go crazy - the pain feels a lot less bad

have you been doing any physical therapy to stretch and strengthen your wrist without pain in the meantime bb?

yeah ive drained all $1.5k of my physio benefits this year haha
