few days ago I was gonna feed the cat some fish, she got too exited and walked under my feet, had to take a fall trying not to put weight on that feet

theres unfortunately only one way for them to learn not to step under you xD

I have experienced 2 major earthquakes in life, not that catastrophic here but they put fear of God in you in an instant

I've only experienced one in my life and it was super minor.. but I thought I was losing my mind

curious why the whole world was shaking.. don't think I've ever been so confused

especially since Canada isn't really supposed to ever get any haha

I hate politics at work...

My boss (who is moving to another opportunity within our company) told me that his peer in another business area group started to shit on our people (including me) to make his team look better now with promotions and salary talks going on.
I have literally once a week with him in one call where 50+ other people are also in and he thinks he is eligible to have an opinion on how I work or not work?
Fucking douche...

rn working on python, designed 10 product mockups just now

have job casual job interview I already got selected for day after tomorrow

week ago I applied for a job, they gave me a simple trial which I completed, got hired but never joined

I actually planned on focusing on business so disappeared from chat for a week, came back to discuss something I am too afraid to ask anyone else

So I was tasked for managing data manually, repetitive work that I am not good for, wrote some scripts, still too slow, was super bored so decided to try the source of said data

and I attacked it, managed to extract sensitive data from ministry of interior of country x

couldn't sleep thinking of what I have done, after a sleepless night I mailed them telling its vulnerable and let me talk to someone who understands wizardry

they didn't reply yet but I am confused af about doing what I have done including sending a mail to them

being business minded does not prevent you from politics, because politics, by definition, applies to every job out there. Maybe except the very entry levels... the higher you go the worse it gets.

I had my fair share of politics, I maintain a fiverr account for animation gigs ranking in top 5 in the world

my political move was to quit coz I knew they will never be able to handle such success, they closed after weeks
