I don't see why not. You should be able to apply your own theme to the navigationview.

Well I think what you'd have to do is instead of applying a menu to the navigation view (like the default template provides), you'd just give it your own view, and then you can style it however you want.

I've done the classic "share a piece of text using the shareintent so it shows a chooser for how to share it" thing.

I could get share text going fine

but I have problem sharing images

Hmm I'm not certain. I haven't done that.

what is the problem?

are you sharing the bitmap, or a URI?

content type is correct?

I've done sharing of Bitmaps at some time and it worked, but I don't remember how I did it

android has built in image sharing function - except it doesn't work on Sms, sharing can be done through mail, but without .jpg extension so mail client doesn't know what to use to open it up. Broadcasting thru twitter is great but seems to be in need of 3rd party lib if sent through Facebook
