Q: Android: I want to shake it

I need to add a shake feature that will refresh my Android application. All I find of documentation involves implementing the SensorListener, but Eclipse tells me it's deprecated and suggest SensorEventListener. Anybody that has a nice guide to how I go about creating this shake controller?

I might look into MaterialDialog, how to you prevent them from closing the dialog / clicking anything behind it?

There are two options for the dialogs : cancelable and autodismiss

set both to false and cancel/dismiss it on the callbacks

I made my own wrapper class for all dialogs there

If you plan on using that library as your main dialog handler I suggest you also write your own wrapper

the level in game is more a team level than hero level. Since everyone in your team levels up at the same time

Show a progress bar for a min amount of time so if the download is super quick they wont have a mad flickering experience lol

yeah sometimes our server response time is 10 seconds, so they're moving over to another screen which hasn't updated because of it

so I'm forcing them to wait regardless (as requested)

doesn't make sense because there's a good chance people might accidentally click a course to add to download
