Whatever fields you have declared all fields must be returned form the query that's the rule.

You need to update your query or remove those fields from the declaration.

But in my case these fields are not stored yet in database so i cannot retrieve them. I added them because when user edit the records in pending accounts then he will be able to add reason or solution

you can use something like coalesce(field_name,'default_value') as reason

so while value will be stored then it will return value from database otherwise return default value

Look , In my domain based on some criteria a particular order will be set as is_pending = True and i want to load all those orders here in pending accounts . Then another user will login and see all the pending accounts ( orders) and by clicking edit he will add some particular reason and solution

Its working now but when i click on a record to edit i got error . I think i am working it wrong . I think i should create a table of pending account and when someone put an order to is_pending = True i should enter that records value manually in pending accounts table so that i can load here easily and i will also be able to edit . because i need my users to edit these pending accounts, there should be a table where the updated values will be saved . Also i don't want to put pending accounts values in order table that's why i need to create a seperate table and i that table i should put records from order when fulfill a certain condition and then work as normal table and create a normal view
