1. Write good, on-topic questions such that other users wouldn't close your questions, instead potentially upvote them to give them more attention. 2. Use good, accurate tags such that experts of the fields who are subscribed to these tags will see your question and share their insights. 3. Get lucky. It's not everyday the users who are willing to write good answers answers your question.
Is there any way of setting a timeout for a RS that actually works? If I type the wrong port number on purpose, the application never stops trying to connect..

I need to create a Solution.java class that extends LinkedList and turns the List I input in ascending order. If I can get this one, then I may try others such as descending order, odd numbers etc
@miniHessel hmm.. strange. It should ideally throw an error! Ahh, most probably you are trying to connect in the JavaFX Application thread, which when gets an exception, just hangs the UI !
There are python and C# bots on SE. There's no language-binding factor for building chat bots, you just need to wire up the server (your home machine most of the time), websockets, and your web client.
just bacause you don't understand it, it doesn't mean it's bad :P Though if you have issues understanding it, it's userfriedliness might suck a little..

@mlwn haha yes sorry.. well basically, i calculate the minimum path from top to bottom in a triangle (i get the value) but now would like to display the actual path (which nodes it goes through) but i'm having trouble with that
