The muscles tighten...You need to use them (not work them) to prevent pain...

Working that muscle group again could cause damage.

That's why you stretch..

If you work out daily, work on a different group, but make sure the ones you used yesterday get moved [little if any resistance]

and then you can forget about gaining muscle mass, because you will never give your body time to build :)

Think of training as cutting yourself. If you go on training the next day, it's like putting salt in the open cut. You never give your body time to heal. Training muscles works like this:

1. You exhaust them totally, you give your body a "WOW THIS IS HEAVY".
2. Body then intiates "get stronger", because you did something that was hard
3. A long process of building muscles start

If you are so stupid to go and tear that process and slow it down, then you will never gain mass

But, after a long, heavy run, walking the next day helps... right?

The training itself is only like 10% of the whole process. You have to rest and eat! Eating is like 60% of the whole deal, 30% of it is rest and 10% is the training itself

Even if just around the house...

Eat, that is something I don't take care of !

this is an ongoing debate, so I guess it can be discussed forever. Ye @Karl :) But you shouldn't hit the gym, because everyone knows what happens at the gym. And even training another group of muscles is stupid, because then your body goes like "WTF,WHICH GROUP SHOULD I RECOVER NOW?? YOU NEVER GIVE ME TIME"

I was beefy like hell 92 KG at top.. I ate like a bear and used a 3 split program. (training 3 times a week, dividing your body in three parts)

But the most important thing is to MOVE your body, run etc. You sit in front of a computer all day and need motion in your body. Don't only do strenght training, do run and cycle aswel

haha, @ItachiUchiha okay some short tips, and you should really ellaborate yourself on these:

1. TRAIN REALLY LIGHT AT THE START(SUPER IMPORTANT, OR YOU WILL HURT YOUR BODY). You need to train light and really LEARN the excersises, especially deadlift and squats
2. GET a program, and use one!
3. Don't get tempted to cheat at excersises (putting on more weight than you can handle)
4. dont give your hardest effort each time(this wont make you grow)

After playing the kittens game for two hours waiting for VS to install, I've decided to make more productive use of my time and go find unnecessary files to delete!

2-1-2 means it should take you 2 seconds to perform the rep, then hold the contraction for one second and lower the weight to the starting position using a 2 second count.

I dont think you need to focus on that in the start

The most important thing is that you understand that you divide your body in to three categories

One question -> java compiler converts Java Code to Byte Code, what converts byte code to machine level code ?

Compiler: Source code -> Bytecode
Interpreter: Byte code - Machine code interface
(J)VM: Runs the code off air

The first is performed by the programmer, the second is performed by the system when the user runs the program, JVM is created by Java Runtime Environment!

The interpreter interprets the byte code. Hot enough code paths get compiled to machine code by the jit compiler

Is java the only language with both compiler and interpreter ? :P

jitting is done when running the code (so in that sense it's more a part of the jvm; just an implementation detail of course, again. code is first run by interpreter, and only frequently run parts of it get compiled to machine code (unless you specify otherwise with a command line switch)). The java source -> byte code compiler is quite straight forward and does little optimization

I accidentally left the game running, winter happened and all my kittens starved. It's sad but it took almost no time before new kittens replaced them. Is there a major downside to starving all the kittens in the winter and replacing them in the spring?

No, I think you're mistaken. Seppuku is a japanese ritual of disembowlment. It has nothing to do with beheading
