In eclipse we can set error log, warning log, verbose etc in logcat. There is option of changing it. But I really don't find any error there. If you see I can show via teamViewer
I get this error in project even when I don't give a targetSDKVersion, If I give it asks for min. 22 as targetSDKVersion

@SweetWisherツ Hi i have tried with the code : pastebin.com/XtNwk7Wu . I'm getting the byte string as empty. Actually after the file reader i'm getting the e.target.result = ' data:video/quicktime;base64, ' There is no data after the base64. Can you please advice what i'm wrong ?

If you are targeting an API level > 13 you have to add the screenSize flag as reported in the doc:
android:configChanges="keyboardHidden|orientation|screenSize"
