Q: Can not find .composer folder in home/<user> directory

shakyl mansurionce I have Error with composer so I uninstalled and delete the .composer folder. Now I again install the composer but .composer folder can not be created. If .composer folder can not be created, I can not run Laravel globally. Please help me with this.

I'm asking all these "simple" questions because you still haven't explained why you have to have a .composer directory in your home folder... Maybe if you told me why that's necessary I could be a little more help. Alternatively, it's 0017h where I live and I want sleep, so I'm not forcing you to stay here...
