Process for updating the progress answer:
1. Create an account on SEDE
2. Install this userscript https://gist.github.com/Tunaki/29774887ed63c8957c579836c2a285f0
3. Press F12 and go to http://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/334866: the console output will dump a copy-pastable block directly into the answer.
