Currently you're treating ? like UNDEF, which makes it indistinguishable from skipped args
Could we, say, encode the n'th ? as IS_PLACEHOLDER with n in the payload?
Unless I'm missing something, that should allow supporting anything up to and including parameter reordering for named placeholders
And we should have space for encoding n, as it replaces what would usually be the SEND operand

@kelunik yes, but not particularly interesting ones. I use github.com/Danack/SlimAurynInvoker to do the dispatch of controllers. That library is on the old Slim 3, and I haven't gotten around to updating it to slim 4. And then there's a somewhat wip and unannounced project where it's used, and the injection params are setup in: github.com/PHPOpenDocs/PHPOpenDocs/tree/main/injectionParams
