I'd recommend using DateTime::createFromFormat() (when possible) rather than strtotime() - strtotime() is error prone because of the way it tries to handle a range of formats.

@Tiffany I don't know. tbh a lot of the big sites are kind of terrible. I think the only thing I can suggest that might be of help is to recommend getting in touch with recruitment agent/headhunter that covers your area. Preferably find one that is reasonably honest. Decent recruitment agents are good at matching clients up with employees that are a good match for each other.

And obviously, bad recruitment agents just want you to accept the first job they find for you.....

@Sean I forgot to say; I find it a lot easier to just always use a real function with a name wherever possible, and only use closures where I'm actually closing over something. And even then I will assign the closure to a variable to give it a name: $createLabeler = function() {...}

It makes reading the code be so much easier when you come back to it more than 5 minutes later.

@JoeWatkins I am at the cmark installation doc file in the editor. I am thinking, if I should add the generic installation guide as it is on the other pecl extensions' installation page, along with a line referencing to copy the cmark.dll in the base of the php installation(on windows)?
