should I always use __restrict__?
is there eny difference between
__restrict__ and __restrict
if not why __restrict__
seems to be used more often even if is longer?
In a header file 
#include <*>
should be placed inside or outside (before or after)? 
#ifndef *_H
  #define *_H
is there any advantage in separating definition and implementation of a template class
if I being a template I am forced to include the implementation at the end of the class definition within the header?
all this in C++ 17

      #include "../src/implementation.tpp"
   #endif // closing header guards
