@Baum I fixed mine for sure the url: 'https://chat.stackoverflow.com/rooms/' + room needs to be https (not http in 2 places), to be honest I commented out a lot of code also but I think the http to https is the main solution (Martin gave me a clue chat.stackoverflow.com/transcript/message/40202480#40202480)
