@KevinM.Mansour You are asking me the same question. I read it the first time. I can explain to you how it works, but please don't repeat your questions. I have read it the first time, you posted it.
Natty will find posts that it thinks are "Not an Answer" and make a report. Then it will post it in here for handling. Sometimes it's very sure and will flag a post itself. You cannot control which posts it will flag. The idea is that you go to a post that it has reported and then you check it out. If it is a "Not an Answer", as per When to flag an answer as “not an answer”..
..then you should flag it and then give feedback to Natty as a "tp" which means "True Positive". If you are not sure about the post, then do not give feedback to Natty, because once a report is handled (which it is when you give the feedback), then no one will ever look at that report again.
If the post is not a "Not an Answer", then it's either OK and the feedback should be "fp" which means "False Positive". Or.. the post should be edited. If it should be edited, but you're not really in the mood or you can't for some reason, then do not handle the report (don't give feedback) :) If you have edited a post, then give Natty the "ne" feedback, which means "Needs Edit".
One thing to note is that Natty does not see the post in the state that it is currently. Natty only know about the post as it was when it made the report. You can see what Natty saw if you click on the "Sentinel" link. So sometimes you'll give Natty a "tp" feedback even if the post is now fine. I usually make a comment about it in chat, when my action on a post is conflicting with the feedback I give to Natty.
