I agree it would be better if we had always used two separate tokens, but splitting them now (either conditionally only if separated by a comment, or unconditionally) requires work on the users side that doesn't seem to have any real benefit.
@IluTov I cleaned out my Gravatar account. Was actually surprised how many services were still relying on the Gravatar internally. My GitHub avatar was gone as well.
