Well, gcc/ld (MinGW) automatically exports all symbols if there is no single dllexport. As I have nothing to export, it is exporting every symbol. With --exclude-all-symbols it actually omits the "automatically export all the symbols", but it leaves the empty export data directory in the PE file, which is quite ugly
