I have made my program more reliable and predictable - it used to crash every now and then, now it crashes every single time!

By reliable, I really mean that you can rely on it to crash every single time

I need a way to find the last command run before rPi reboots.

That one is easy. It's reboot.

There are many types of reboots. You can use ''vcgencmd get_rsts' to get the last reset reason. But that reason too is too broad. It's like asking someone 'why does the chicken cross the road' and given the answer 'because the chicken wants to'.

Also log file is empty, piping the output did not work either.

I have another 'excellent' idea :p ... What if, I use machines to paint different coloured butter cream on rice paper and sell them as 'edible art?' Maybe we can start with the likes of Vincent van Gogh's Sunflowers or Sandro Botticelli's The Birth of Venus?
