I find it harder to start watching a movie than to start watching a Youtube video. Because the movie is like a bigger investment and requires more effort.

My problem is that I often get distracted during meetings. Like someone mentions something about a technical problem, which triggers a chain of thoughts in my head because I once had a similar problem. Then 5 minutes later I "wake up" and don't know what they're urrently talking about.

Oh, I can also get distracted like that, but at least as long as I'm thinking about my own thing I don't fall asleep
