I put my chickens into lockdown to prevent baby veges from getting eaten. My chooks were not happy. So I produced some rescue packages - cooked some stale fish that was in the fridge for 2 weeks. My birds loved it! But now the kitchen smells like old, dirty garbage bin.

@Mgetz You don't know New South Wales state government, they are very aggressive in their revenue raising. They are doing very little financially to help the residents through this COVID-19 Crisis. When it comes to giving out fines, NSW state revenue is very prompt and no excuses is accepted.
New South Wales state government had charged higher land tax when land value was falling, asked landlord to take all the losses if tenant does not pay and would not exempt land tax during COVID-19 crisis, then giving hefty fines for slightest infringement. They are the symbol for greed.

@Mikhail depends on OS version. In windows 10 static globals that are const are shared. Static globals with default initializers are in a COW page IIRC. Windows 10 does a lot of work to minimize memory waste
