i am doing payment integration using paypal and it allows me use browser for the payment because we need market place feature
if i use their link in external browser then it redirects to the URL mentioned and if used with web view then it never gets invoked. It looks a paypal issue

Most likely in your PayPal developer console
It would be same like if you do login via twitter using webview
you need to provide a callback url
on twitter developer console
and the same callback url you have to use in your app as well

I don't have any option to set callback in developer console
i can set in the code that opens some kind of popup for payment
paypal uses java script and it redirects only in browser but not in webview
is there any special setting we have to do to get the call back URL?

Are you using PayPal SDK for integrating paypal into your app?
because as far as I know, paypal sdk can redirect you automatically to your app after making transacctions

Its not a paypal SDK, its a browser option that paypal provides for credit card payment
It's a market place transaction that needs browser option for credit card payment
