I have an over-sensitive motion sensor - even if I have turned down the sensitivity and put it in an tissue box, it is still constantly telling me there is an intruder nearby ~_~

I have read many pages of documentations, changed to another motion sensor, resorted to extreme measures and still can't get this sensor to work properly ..
