Assuming an achievable goal, it would be extremely helpful to have a reasonably solid statement of that goal. Most of us are sufficiently intelligent that I doubt we really need a lot of rules--but right now, it's not clear whether the target is adults, teenagers, or children. Some of the restrictions we've seen only make sense if the target is children.

I had a dream and woke up around 4:30 in the morning because I felt a faint (non existent) tickle/itchiness sensation on my neck. The dream was like this: in the world after some apocalypse event happened (WW III, nuclear event, etc. I don’t know exact what).

A young woman in her 20s (let’s call her get J) had to fight for her own survival in a dangerous, dyfunctioning world. Then one evening, she accidently ran into an elderly couple living in an apartment. She was invited to stay there. She had dinner with the couple and was provided surprising abundant fresh food for dinner - in contrast to the food supply outside – mainly canned food or easy to grow things such as potatoes.

But strangely she was starting to find that Charlotte tried to get rid of her by setting traps in the apartment. She avoided a couple of such ‘fatal accidents’. Later a violate man followed J to the apartment and tried to force entry to the apartment, knowing it’s safe inside. After some fight, the old man closed the door. It’s then, he revealed the truth that the apartment was actually a spaceship that can travel through space and time.

. But the old man, an engineer who was in search to find a way out of this and reach the ultimate safety – a time when this all horrible things died down and people can live safely again. But he wasn’t able to solve the equations and find the solution for this yet. It then dawned on J that the couple was always able to get fresh food because they went back to the period before apocalypse to get food and safely spend the night there.

Then it’s revealed that Charlotte lived in an alternative universe (because older couple travel through space time). The reason why Charlotte tried to kill J was to ensure Charlotte’s certainty in survival (because that reality then would become the elder couple choice).

The end was (I think I was already sort of awake by then): somehow Charlotte disappeared, J & elder couple safely found the ultimate safety, they together with the people already there, starting to re-build a better new world.

what I'm bothered about, which I will probably end up making a meta post about is that mods can 'stamp' a spam/offensive flag and let Feeds delete the message. given the nature of the anonymity of flags and the power mods hold I don't think it is right they can hide (so to speak) behind 'Feeds' while banning a user. I think if a mod 'stamps' a flag with their binding vote it should reflect their name in the delete note in the history of the post.
