@MohammadAliBaydoun That doesn't work for plain arrays, because you cannot change a pointer that is returned from a function. And it probably doesn't work for vectors in release mode as well.

@StackedCrooked We have no shop within reasonable distance that is open before 10:00 on a Sunday. Also, my beer fridge is empty again :(

@FredOverflow Correct. I only intend to run code on it. So all I needed was something good enough to do dual 1080p + Aero.

The card was dirt cheap. If I ever want to game on it, I'll just go buy a real video card.

Seems like this particular AMD chip (FX-8350 - Vishera) also has FMA3. So I could actually start building the Intel Haswell binary as well.
