its a good idea to think in terms of whether or not the question being asked will help future users. we know that they want to shrink the image and display a counter, but who is going to be searching for that exact problem?

@Drew Yes, I have. So I just review them as usual, as if I had found them directly on the Review section of the website?. I can do that :)

exactly. sorry. They are cv 2 and 3 as you know, and I put them together as the ones with the greatest negative vote more or less, assuming easy consideration or whatnot. But I have not looked at them so none of that really matters.

Since they have a ways to go to get closed, the easier the better for cv2. I usually point 2 people at them, see how they shake out, and add my votes if necessary. Or someone else comes along. But, as you know, we are on our own.

by the way, some mods like Madara would prefer and I think we do too ... to try to salvage anything and not just go thru wreaking them.

Yes, I always try to go easy on first questions or questions that are awful but have answers that seemed to work.

We all have quite varied opinions on it.

But these are probably unlike your normal finding thing off of page 1 and 2. These are rather set in stone after a few days up to 15 days

As such, the conversation is mostly over :P

I suppose. And its even harder if you don't talk with other reviewers, just like I didn't. But for instance, this one: stackoverflow.com/questions/35172165 for me is evidently close-worthy. No effort whatsoever on even explaining the problem.

But this one: stackoverflow.com/questions/35174656 has at least some effort explaining and even a useful answer. I voted close as 'cannot be longer reproduced' anyway.

I think the question is barely answerable until the second comment. Then he expands it. It means anyone answering that is going to be tortured. I would go unclear or too broad

If someone has trouble with a chart library, code as code and the messed up chart as picture is fine. It's when the code shows up as a picture unnecessarily that it gets frustrating. As much as possible, when I answer a question, I like to copy and paste the MCVE to a) replicate the problem, b) edit it towards a solution.

I have no problem with photo evidence of an error. Basically a problem with the laziness that makes what could be simple becoming utter drudgery.

Every reviewer is different. Also, what mood they are in.

@Drew I'm done with the questions from the excel sheet. Where did you get that list from? What kind of search? where? etc. I suppose that's what moderation tools are for (I have no access yet). I'm asking so I can proactively do that kind of reviews without you having to upload a spreadsheet.

Concentrated tag review with options to filter by close votes or delete votes.

But the thing is, under certain tags we bucket them for concentrated effect. Otherwise we spread our votes across too many and are in trouble

@SergioAcosta Don't use it with javascript, or if you do, get your own API key, the same goes for any other really large tags.
