Normally accepted answers are shown on top. If the question asker accepts his own answer, this doesn't apply. Such an answer doesn't get pushed to the top. It is sorted just the same way as if it wouldn't be accepted, which is randomly among those answers with the same score. This is not a bug b...

You have delete vote privileges, so if you could get the answer to -3 then you could del-vote it. But, there isn't much else that you can, currently, do about it.

@NisseEngström I would say they don't correlate very strongly, because drunkness makes people want to close vote more often, which is probably the right thing to do anyway

Actually, I'll go one step further and say that when sober, you might actually feel some pity on people and might click "Leave Open" but you won't have that pity when drunk, so they negatively correlate.
