the prices table's primary key shouldn't be prices_id and tickers_ticker_id
that doesn't make sense
the auto-increment value should be the primary key

the primary key is the column that identifies that row
the auto-increment value should uniquely identify a row
you may want other unique keys to be enforced on the table as well
and I'm certain that you would want an index on each foreign key at least (Tickers_Ticker_ID, Comment_ID)
That giant unique key on the prices table is pretty horrible
It will be an absolutely gigantic index that accomplishes almost nothing
Any chance you can redesign your schema to be more correct? I'd be willing to help

I was all alone learning how to create the schemas, thus why it's bad as database wasn't something I learn
