I can't reproduce the problem by writing test code to plug into your classes. I believe the problem lies somewhere else. For instance, kit.getPersonalDisplay(client) is calling each of manager.getKitBag() from BattleManager.getInstance(), which its source isn't attached. But seriously, this is why you should follow TDD paradigms and write unit tests.

My mistake. I was confusing mail app with calendar app. Simulator does have a calendar app, but no mail app. My question still stands for how to solve the issue on a physical device though. — Leighton 3 hours ago
