Should I use (0 ... ary.length).map{|i|...}, or ary.map.with_index{|_, i|...}`? Don't ask why I can't just map the array directly.

Yeah. I thought I understood it, but yesterday another dev--on his way out the door--shattered my understanding of this code. I hope he's in today.

Replacing the shebang in this a bash script with #!/usr/bin/env ruby. I never get tired of doing that.

I guess I need to stop naming my shells scripts with a .sh extension, since I turn them into Ruby scripts so often.
